As the Creative & UX Director of TrueLocal my role is to establish, design and execute the creative direction for the product and brand. Working closely with the Product Development team, I lead a team of UX practitioners, designers and front-end developers, translating creative ideas into specific technical and design requirements whilst establishing User & Customer Centered Design principles and methodologies.

Shaped usable and commercially viable digital products for all digital devices employing a range of skills within the end to end UX process. From ideation and rapid visualisation using pen and paper to complex IA, wireframing, low fidelity prototyping and high fidelity design outputs.

My role at URSA focuses on the idea generation and design of interactive pharmaceutical Detail Aids (Sales Aid, Visual Aid) on tablet devices; used to engage physicians. My experience is also applied to Mobile Applications and Web projects for the Health and Pharmaceutical industry.
Being part of the largest communications group in Australia, I am often required to apply my skills and thought processes across both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels to ensure consistent and well-coordinated Integrated Marketing Communications.
Clients include Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, Boehringer Ingelheim, AstraZeneca, Hoffman-La Roche, and Cancer Council Australia.

Senior Creative @ Adrenalin Media
Lead creative and developed UX and IA, alongside a Senior Business Analyst, for a range of projects. Cult Beauty was an Honoree at the 2013 Webby Awards in the Fashion & Retail category.
Responsible for the delivery of design within project timelines as well as the added responsibilities of mentoring junior staff and resourcing. Other duties included the creation of briefs and estimates, developing interactive wireframes/prototypes in Axure, AB testing, information architecture, creative direction, lead brainstorming sessions. Proactively uncovered ways to increase efficiency within the design team.

Digital Designer @ Amnesia Razorfish
Working under the direction of the Creative Director, Art Directors, Senior Creative and Producers I was required to work as part of a team to design and produce web, CD/DVD-ROM, flash-based web projects, video projects and print design. Working with and producing corporate guidelines and style guides where required.
I effectively interpreted client needs as outlined in creative briefs and translated them into compelling visual designs by combining design theory, content, navigational structure and usability issues to create powerful and intuitive experiences.

Involved in the creation and creative direction of websites, pitches, branding and collateral. Prototyping and making HTML adjustments to websites.
